Canada Waste to Resource PIB Programme
Expand your business into Canada’s circular economy market
Limited spots available, Programme starts Late 2026
Following two successful Dutch trade missions to Canada in 2024 & 2025, we are now forming a dedicated Partners for International Business (PIB) programme focused on waste & circular economy.
This next phase builds on real relationships, real market insights, and real demand from both Dutch companies and Canadian partners.
We are now inviting a select group of Dutch companies to join the 3-year programme.
What is the PIB Programme?
The PIB programme is a Dutch government-supported public-private partnership designed to help clusters of companies enter and grow in international markets.
For Canada, this means:
Long-term market development rather than one-off missions
Direct support from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO)
Collaboration with the Dutch Embassy & Consulate General offices in Canada
A coordinated Dutch presence in the Canadian market
The programme is supported with up to €350,000 in funding for collective activities.
Why Canada?
Policy is Pushing the Market
Expansion of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes across multiple sectors
Federal and provincial targets driving long-term demand for circular solutions
Strong & Growing Demand

Ontario as a key starting point, with major infrastructure upgrades & policy momentum
